I spent over 18 years in the interior design industry, helping people create beautiful, functional spaces. I loved the creativity, the vision, and the transformation — but even then, I felt drawn toward something deeper. Over time, I developed a profound passion for spirituality, healing, and personal growth — a pull I could never ignore.

Through meditation, somatic practices, and deep inner work, I started showing up as my most authentic self. As I evolved, I realized that interior design — while still something I love — no longer fulfilled me on a soul level. My work was shifting from designing homes… to helping people reconnect with their inner home.

That’s when I discovered the ICM certification program and instantly knew this was my path. Everything clicked: the emotional patterns, the inner child wounds, the somatic responses, the parts of us that carry stories long after childhood has ended. I knew I wanted to help people heal at the root.

Outside of coaching, I'm a mom, a creative, and someone who finds joy in life’s simplest moments — from cozy mornings with my son to long walks in nature. I believe in creating space for connection, both within ourselves and with the people we love.

How I support your healing

1. Somatic Healing

My approach blends somatic awareness, inner child work, emotional clarity, and trauma-informed coaching. I don’t use scripts, generic worksheets, or rigid formulas. Every session is guided by you — your body, your pace, your nervous system, and what you’re ready for in that moment.

Here’s how we work together:

We gently explore what’s happening in your body — the tension, the shutdown, the overwhelm, the racing thoughts.
Somatic work helps you understand your nervous system and release the emotional patterns your body has been carrying for years.

2. Inner Child Integration

We look at where your triggers, fears, and reactions first began.
Together, we reconnect you with the younger parts of you who learned to protect, please, shut down, or stay small.
This work is gentle, deep, and profoundly healing.

3. Emotional Clarity Coaching

I help you understand your emotions, boundaries, communication patterns, and reactions with honesty and compassion.
You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, navigate difficult moments, and choose responses that align with who you are — not who you had to be to survive.

4. A Safe, Grounded Space for Real Change

Every session meets you where you are.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just a supportive, grounded space to understand yourself, feel seen, and heal at the root — not the surface.
