All digital products are non-refundable due to their immediate, irrevocable nature.
Once a file is delivered, access cannot be revoked, therefore all sales are final.

and I’ll ensure you receive your purchase.
Coaching Sessions + Clarity Sessions
Clarity sessions (free sessions) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for paid sessions or cash value.
Paid 1:1 Coaching Sessions
- Coaching sessions are a time-based service, therefore they are non-refundable once booked.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and the session will be moved to a new date.
- Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.
Coaching Packages (3-Month, 6-Month, or Long-Term Programs)
- Due to the energetic commitment and limited client capacity, all coaching packages are non-refundable.
- If you need to pause due to extenuating circumstances, please contact me and we will explore options on a case-by-case basis.
